The photos below were taken between December 12 & 15, 2006.

And yes, than became visible where the bathroom sides will come and sort of the nerve centre of all pipes and hoses in the space below the stairs.
The other two photos are taken from a 8th level in a compartment block nearby and show all from a different angle...
As of photo 5 you see the preparations for the flooring that will be done Monday, December 18; the black concreet hose along the stairs and all those like water, gas and electricity wiring all there where walls will be and both on the attick and second floor now also is a safety fence aside the stairs.
